The things one finds when cleaning out a room...

Well first and foremost I came across a WHOLE lot of photos... including some of me, my cousin Karen and my friend from childhood Sally from when we were about 13yrs old. I am not going to embarrass any of us by posting them here, but my God - it is hysterical!!!

When we were in 7th grade we attended summer camp together at St Michael's College and our counselor was this dreamy SMC Hockey Player, a senior.... the poor guy and one of his good friends put up with us calling them on the phone, bringing them cookies and best of all - visiting with us after their games in our custom made purple sweatshirts with their names/# on the back!!!! To top it all off - in this picture, not only am I wearing this sweatshirt, but I have my New Kids on the Block jacket on too!!!! HAHAHAHAHA - (Mom & Dad, I hope you kept that thing, b/c they're mounting the comeback of a lifetime!!!)

Coincidentally you will notice I am also sporting the NKOTB jacket in this photo!!! This was taken in December 2002 - other than our wedding, this was the last time we were all in VT together. The day after Christmas it was a gorgeous winter day - not freezing cold and it had snowed and snowed and snowed the days before. Mike, Beth, Matt and I decided we were going to go sledding and "play" outside. We tore apart the closets, the attic and the basement and eventually all found winter clothes, boots, hats and gloves that fit and we ventured out and stayed for hours. Bailey was so happy that day to be playing outside with everyone and it shows in this picture I think.
