Guest Bath Renovations

are almost complete! for those of you who didn't see the before's - here is a glimpse of the demolition (sadly we don't have any true before pics)


and here is where things are now! what a difference huh? mike did all of the work from demo to completion by himself! he put in ceramic tile for the flooring, a new shower, new toilet, new vanity, added a recessed light above the shower and my favorite part is the new wainscotting. we are still adding the finishing touches and need a shower door - we found a great manufacturer for this just south of Charlotte, so sometime soon we will be making the drive to pick that up.

the color is a little lighter IRL (in real life) than the photos depict. the best description i can give it, is to call the color of a kiwi fruit rather than the avacado for which these photos show =)
