Guest Room Renovations are Underway...Plastic Anyone?

I came home from work on Saturday exhausted to find that Mike had gone ahead and got the guest room ready for renovations...we had talked about starting soon, but nothing official...He had all but emptied the room and taped up the plastic sheeting so he can strip the ceilings...

Here is what it looked like:







Sunday I headed back to work, Mike stayed home...but headed back to work too... He got the whole ceiling stripped, cleaned up and ready for the next phase...mudding and sanding...

Thank God he got everything cleaned up... WHAT A MESS:







and here is where we are now... a bare ceiling...



We are in for more plastic during the sanding phase.... Stay tuned!!! =)

Also - a Belated Father's Day Post is still coming... I can't figure out how to get to my photos on the computer that was in the guest room.... guess I better call IT Husband =)
