Well we figured we could both use some new shorts and tops (plus a few other items) for our upcoming trip, so we headed up to the outlets in Smithfield today. We both got some great things - it makes us even more excited for the big trip!!!
On the way there we stopped and had lunch at Smithfields BBQ - YUM YUM. I guess my taste buds are turning southern because there is nothing like some BBQ Pork topped with heaping amounts of SLAW.... (and of course Beans on the side)...don't get me wrong - I am a Yankee at heart and love my Shepard's Pie and the like....but there is just something about BBQ, Slaw and Beans that just taste so good... (my SIL will be so proud!!! (hi beth!!!))....
We are counting down the days now for sure to our trip.... I can't help but get sad at the thought of leaving the kitties behind though.... perhaps they'll go the "granparents" for the week and enjoy the screened porch.... we'll see....
Another busy week ahead... Hopefully we can get all the items on our "to-do" list done before the big trip...
