It feels so good to finally be on vacation. We aren't leaving for Mexico yet, but I am done work as of last night for 17 days!!! When I go back to work I will be starting my new shift - 7a-7p. I am not a morning person so I am a bit nervous about that adjustment, but am looking forward to having a more normal schedule that includes seeing Mike on a daily basis!!!
We spent the morning on Saturday with Holly, Ted and little Riley. We went with them to have some photos taken and then Mike helped Ted build a gate for their deck. We headed back into Raleigh and continued working on getting things ready for our trip. I had to work both Sunday and Monday....so that was pretty much it for the weekend.
Lots of errands to take care of in the next few days.... having dinner with some friends on Wednesday night and then hanging out with the fam on Thursday night so lots of good times ahead.... then it is vacation time!!!!!
