Not a whole lot to blog about lately other than the storm and our sweet Cabot.... so I am just going to do an all in type blog post....
Sadly, I wasn't really able to enjoy the storm and the snow that we got b/c I had to work, but I did capture a few pictures on my phone of the precipitation =)
Here is the EMS truck getting it's "bling on" so they could safely make it though the 4 inches of snow we got =)

Earlier in the week, Mike took Cabot to one of the Dog Parks here in Raleigh - Well, that will probably be the last time we do that. He was snipped/bitten at and "hounded" by all the other dogs there the whole time. So the following day we took him to the private dog park at Casa Brown. It was there he met his new favorite buddy - Ella. They played really well together, no aggression over anything. 2.5hrs of pure play time! He was EXHAUSTED that night which was a nice treat for us!
Speaking of exhausted. Cabot got a brand new bed which he LOVES. My parents ordered it from LL Bean and got the XLarge size- and boy is it EXTRA large! Wow, this thing is huge, but he loves it and sleeps great on it too =) It even has name embroidered on it!!

We are trying to keep him off the couch, and his new bed has helped with that. Although whenever we leave he helps himself to the couch. The funny part is that he makes no attempt to hide the face that he is on the couch and when we come home he just stays there and looks irritated when we make him get down!
So this is obviously not going to help our cause... Mike allowed this the other day....

Wow, that's a really nice dog park. How much does it cost to belong? Ella was EXHAUSTED that night too. It was glorious. Cabot and Ella are a good pair.
