Frozen Grasshopper Pie =)

Another gem I made yesterday from the Summer Kraft Magazine. We had friends over last night for dessert so I made this in the afternoon - it was really really good!

I didn't do the grated chocolate on top, but I did add a drizzle of Hersey's syrup which in my opinion, makes everything better. As we were eating it, I was thinking how INCREDIBLE this would have been if I had thought to replace the oreo's with some of the GAZILLION Girl Scout Thin Mints we have! Oh well, there is always next time!

Oh and I used the Red. Fat Oreos, Sugar Free Cool Whip and Double Churned Mint Choco Chip Ice Cream so it wasn't as bad as it could have been =)
